UniverOnline Returns & Refund Policy
At UniverOnline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our herbal products, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange an item for a different reason. We are happy to offer exchanges in the following situations:
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Damaged Item: If your item arrives extremely damaged and not able of use, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos or video of the damage. We will then arrange for the damaged item to be returned and a replacement to be shipped to you.
Please note the following:
- Exchanges will only be accepted for original Zubila products only, if you will be replacing any other similar brand’s product with us, the case will not be entertaining.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the exchange criteria, we will ship the replacement item to you.
How to initiate an exchange?
